By creating an account and playing on Midgard Tales, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited. Each player may maintain one account unless otherwise permitted by staff.
The following are strictly prohibited: botting or use of third-party automation software; exploiting bugs or glitches; harassment, hate speech, or toxic behavior toward other players; attempting to hack or disrupt the server.
All donations are voluntary contributions to server upkeep. Donation credits and items are considered server property. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension.
Staff decisions are final. Disputes must be handled through official support channels. Arguing with staff in public channels may result in disciplinary action.
The administration reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the server after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
